Project Manager – Danbury, CT

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager (Mid-level to Senior ) to join our engineering team. This role offers full ownership of project execution, profitability, and scheduling, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including electrical, mechanical, systems, programming, and field service engineers—to deliver high-performance industrial solutions.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will lead complex engineering projects from concept through completion. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships, while ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee project profitability, scheduling, and resource allocation.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure project goals are met.

+ Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

+ Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.

+ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in project management within engineering or construction environments.

+ Strong understanding of industrial combustion systems.

+ Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings and specifications.

+ Proficiency in DraftSight, AutoCAD, or similar design software.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

+ Familiarity with burner management systems.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

This is a permanent position based in Danbury, Connecticut, within a collaborative engineering environment. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team using advanced tools and technologies to deliver innovative solutions. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
