    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will handle essential regulatory recordkeeping tasks and support customs reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong organizational and administrative skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate regulatory documentation through both physical and electronic filing systems.

    • Execute customs reconciliation processes, ensuring timely submission of required forms and compliance with regulations.

    • Compile and organize annual data such as income statements, material costs, customs database information, and other relevant records.

    • Process and submit forms for customs reconciliation to prevent penalties and ensure compliance with mandatory deadlines.

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather reports and data from brokers, trade activity requests, freight costs, and invoicing information.

    • Monitor and manage recordkeeping systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy.

    • Support shipping and receiving tasks to facilitate efficient logistics operations.

    • Perform scanning and e-filing tasks to maintain organized and secure document storage.

    • Assist in the preparation and review of import/export documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

    • Coordinate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues related to logistics processes. Requirements • Previous experience in logistics or shipping and receiving roles.

    • Proficiency in data entry and document scanning.

    • Familiarity with e-filing systems and electronic recordkeeping.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Knowledge of customs reconciliation processes and regulatory requirements.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
