Job Title: PM Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 3rd shift PM Technician who is eager to embark on a career path towards becoming a Maintenance Technician. Starting as a PM/Cleaning Technician, you will have opportunities to grow into a Finish Technician, followed by a Maintenance Technician if desired. Your primary responsibilities will involve performing preventative and cleaning tasks on equipment during non-production hours, preparing them for the next day's production. This includes working with equipment such as spray booths, ovens, guards, rails, conveyors, rollers, sealers, sanders, belts, pulleys, and brushes.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks on equipment.
+ Prepare equipment for the next day's production.
+ Deep clean ovens and replace paper/tape on all painting equipment.
+ Complete a consistent list of 10-15 tasks nightly.
+ Demonstrate a basic understanding of electrical systems to perform lockout/tagout procedures.
+ Work overtime and in other areas when needed.
+ Maintain attention to detail and logical thinking.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools.
+ Capability to remove and reinstall equipment guards.
+ Foundation in electrical systems with the ability to perform lockout/tagout procedures.
+ Physical ability to team lift up to 200 pounds.
+ Comfortable working with solvent, paint, and cleaning supplies.
+ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a regimented FDA facility is beneficial.
+ Strong technical problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and be self-accountable.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, from 9 pm to 5:30 am, with a $2/hr shift premium. The job is physically demanding and requires working in environments that can reach up to 105°F during peak summer months. PPE is provided and required for certain tasks. Expect to work in areas with paint and stain fumes. This role is both physical and involves meticulous attention to detail.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goshen, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.95 - $21.95/hr.
