    Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing both reactive and preventative maintenance throughout our plant. Your role will include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, to ensure minimal downtime. You will also work within CMMS systems, complete work orders using tablets, and maintain GMP practices.

     

    Schedule & Pay

     

    Shift: 3p to 1130 // 11p to 730am

     

    Monday - Friday + lots of Saturdays and Sundays

     

    Pay: $25-$35/hr

    Responsibilities

    + Perform reactive and preventative maintenance throughout the plant.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

    + Work with CMMS systems and complete work orders using a tablet.

    + Maintain GMP practices.

    + Focus on machines such as filler machines, mixers, blenders, fillers, labeling machines,, palletizers, pumps, motors, hydraulics/pneumatics, and conveyors.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with schematics and troubleshooting.

    + Proficiency in industrial maintenance and preventative/corrective maintenance.

    + Experience in food and beverage maintenance, specifically with filler machines.

    + Strong mechanical and light electrical experience.

    + Understanding of blueprints, hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance repair.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous food & beverage maintenance experience.

    + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    Work Environment

     

    Our work environment includes a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas, with more non-climate-controlled spaces. It can be hot or cold depending on the weather, and some areas are wet and humid. Shifts are from 3 PM to 11:30 PM and 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with frequent Saturday and Sunday work

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
