    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

    Job Description

    This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing medical device company in Auburn Hills, specializing in the production of oxygen concentrators. The role involves washing, assembling, and disassembling components, utilizing basic hand tools. The work is straightforward and involves various tasks across different warehouse areas, providing a dynamic work experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform washing, assembly, and disassembly of oxygen concentrators using basic hand tools.

    + Read and follow manufacturing procedure booklets accurately to ensure proper assembly.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the cleanroom and throughout the facility.

    + Assist with unloading and loading freight on the dock as needed.

    + Inspect and ensure quality control of assembled products.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.

    + Experience with basic hand assembly, similar to furniture assembly.

    + Attention to detail to ensure correct assembly of oxygen containers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing and assembly within a cleanroom environment is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The position requires working 100% of the time in a cleanroom environment, which may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but the facility is new and well-maintained. Flexibility is needed to work either a 3rd shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for 8-hour shifts, or from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM for 10-hour shifts, from Sunday to Thursday. While some tasks may result in getting dirty, maintaining a clean workstation is expected.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.33 - $17.33/hr.
