• Process Technician

    Process Technician | 1st Shift 6AM - 2:30PM

     

    Join our dynamic team as a Process Technician, where you will be setting up and operating injection mold machines. Your role will involve adjusting and monitoring pressure, feed rates, and temperatures to ensure high-quality production.

    Responsibilities

    + Setup and operate Arburg injection mold machines.

    + Adjust and monitor pressure, feed rates, and temperatures.

    + Perform quality inspections for flash, shorts, and deformations.

    + Create procedures, work instructions, and protocols as required.

    + Improve productivity and reduce scrap/reject rates through automation, tool/process improvements, effective training, and process enhancements.

    + Experience with Arburg brand machinery.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
