    Overview

     

    We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple departments, with opportunities to learn equipment operations and support production processes. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.

     

    •️** **Key Responsibilities

    + Learn and support operations within various production teams

    + Assist with equipment operation and production tasks

    + Perform quality checks and report any irregularities to supervisors

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

    + Follow safety protocols and union guidelines regarding shift flexibility

    + Participate in cross-training and operate forklifts as needed

    + Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working with machinery

    •** **Qualifications

    + 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation

    + Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment handling

    + Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

    + Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

    •** **Preferred Skills

    + Experience in production support, inventory, or assembly

    + Familiarity with quality control procedures

    + Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled, noisy environment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.31 - $20.31/hr.
