    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join a local team as a Part-Time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will represent our company with enthusiasm and deliver exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.

    + Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate departments.

    + Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.

    + Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    + Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

    + Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

    + Monitor office supplies and other materials for the reception area and replenish as required.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

    + Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred but not required.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

    + Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

    + A positive attitude and polished appearance to convey a professional image.

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
