Job Title: Production Operator- $20-23/hr
Job Description

Responsibilities
+ Assist Operators with materials assigned to run equipment.
+ Ensure that items produced meet quality control requirements.
+ Train with operators to learn moderately advanced troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.
+ Read and interpret blueprints when applicable.
+ Use moderately advanced measuring instruments.
+ Complete all necessary documentation fully and accurately.
+ Adhere to 5S standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
+ Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in machine operation and production line work.
+ Proficiency in using measurement tools, such as hand gauges and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Blueprint experience is highly advantageous.
+ CNC experience is preferred but not required; mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.
+ Familiarity with Murata CNC Machines and Multi-spindle Screw machines is beneficial.

Work Environment
Our facility is smoke-free and, while not climate-controlled, does not experience extreme temperatures. You will work in a newer facility alongside Operators and Production workers. The dress code requires slip-resistant, steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a work shirt without holes. Remember to save receipts for reimbursement on shoes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
