    Job Title: Night Shift CDL A Driver

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Driver to efficiently operate a 53-foot trailer, delivering goods across various branches within Pennsylvania. This role involves managing your own route, with trucks pre-loaded before dispatch. You will be responsible for unloading freight at each location. Additionally, there may be occasions where you serve as a backup driver for a box truck, requiring flexibility with shift timings.

    Responsibilities

    + Drive from branch to branch within Pennsylvania, adhering to assigned routes.

    + Unload freight at each designated location.

    + Serve as a backup driver for box truck routes when necessary.

    + Complete warehouse tasks, including picking and packing, as required.

    + Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations during all deliveries.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 6 months of experience driving a non-CDL box truck.

    + Minimum of 2 years in CDL A roles.

    + Experience in warehouse operations for at least 6 months.

    + Valid driver's license and ability to operate a 53-foot trailer.

    + Tenure of more than a year in previous roles.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience using RF scan guns.

    + Customer service skills.

    + Inventory management knowledge.

    Work Environment

     

    Located in Harrisburg, PA, this role operates on a shift from 1 AM to 9 AM, with potential early morning starts around 3 AM to 4 AM for backup drivers. Expect to work in a professional environment where steel toe boots, jeans, and shirts or hoodies are required. Company shirts will be provided upon permanent hire. Speed monitoring is enforced for safety compliance.

    The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.
