    As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be integral in ensuring product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for programming, documenting, monitoring, and maintaining critical control points (CCP), as well as performing sanitation verification, ATP, and allergen testing.

    Description:

    + Monitor product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

    + Perform sanitation verification, ATP, and allergen testing on equipment and other required areas.

    + Record, maintain, and file all relevant record logs, inspection reports, and other necessary documentation.

    + Ensure recipe guidelines are met during processing.

    + Educate employees on HACCP, Juice HACCP, and SQF standards.

    Qualifications:

    + stand for duration of shift

    + speak, read, write English

    + attention to detail

    + previous experience in a manufacturing/GMP environment

    Hours:

    10pm-6pm (Sunday-Thursday)

    + must be flexible and able to work overtime

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is not temperature-controlled; it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so dress for the elements. Steel toe boots are required. The facility runs on a 24/5 schedule with mandatory overtime and is looking to eventually get to a 24/7 model.

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
