Job Title: CNC Machinist Supervisor and Programmer
Job Description
The CNC Machinist Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the CNC Department, ensuring efficient workflow, part quality, and productivity improvements. This position requires strong experience in CNC machines, programming using G-Code, and CAM Software. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise a team of 12 machinists, maintaining workflow and scheduling.
+ Ensure part quality and continuously improve productivity.
+ Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines using G-code, Fanuc, or similar control systems.
+ Optimize CNC programs for efficiency, tool life, and part quality using CAM Software such as Mastercam and Fusion 360.
+ Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet production goals.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe culture on the shop floor.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in CNC Operations.
+ 2+ years of supervisory experience.
+ Hands-on experience in CNC programming using G-Code and CAM software.
+ Experience with various materials such as steel, stainless, and aluminum.
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Experience with blueprint reading, calipers, cutting tools, and GD&T.
+ Proficiency in Fanuc, Mastercam, and Fusion 360.

This is a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility with a clean but noisy environment. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs, operating on a 1st shift schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $74880.00/yr.
