    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who will ensure projects are completed profitably, safely, and with high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will execute projects adhering to job specifications and prioritize safety. This role demands innovation and flexibility in tracking meaningful job metrics and requires managing various duties related to job management, equipment, and safety enforcement.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure projects meet profitability and budget expectations.

    + Adhere to safety and quality control guidelines.

    + Execute jobs safely and within job specifications.

    + Oversee soil nail wall, chemical grouting, drilled shafts, micro piles, and shotcrete.

    + Manage job-related tasks, equipment, and safety enforcement.

    Essential Skills

    + Project management expertise

    + Construction and construction management skills

    + Experience with change orders

    + Project coordination capabilities

    + Knowledge of geotechnical and foundation construction

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Driver's License (Required)

    + Ability to commute to North Carolina (Required)

    + Willingness to relocate to North Carolina before starting work (Required)

    + 100% willingness to travel (Required)

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
