    Job Title: Seed Technician

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Seed Technician** to join our agricultural operations team. This entry-level role plays a vital part in indoor seed processing, packaging, and inventory management. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety protocols and instructions.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts and assist with seed processing lines

    + Perform quality checks on seed products

    + Receive, scan, clean, treat, sort, count, label, and warehouse seed

    + Organize, move, and store seed inventory accurately

    + Maintain inventory records using electronic systems

    + Follow all site safety requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

    + Understand and execute verbal and written instructions

    Required Skills

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs

    + Comfortable with bending, lifting, sitting, or standing for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail and task accuracy

    + Ability to follow safety and operational instructions

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    + Packaging and labeling experience

    + Production line or warehouse environment

    + Agricultural or farming experience

    + Forklift operation (certification preferred)

    + Basic mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting skills

    Qualifications

    + Forklift experience is a plus

    + Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
