Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Longmont, Colorado

**Job Type:** Permanent

**Pay Range:** $29-$35/hour DOE

Shifts Available

+ **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

+ **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday (+12.5% shift differential)

+ _Initial training will be conducted on the first shift for several months._

Position Summary

Join our team at a leading chemical manufacturing facility as an **Industrial Maintenance Technician** . In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and assembling industrial equipment, working closely with engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform equipment repairs, adjustments, and assembly using blueprints, schematics, and manuals

+ Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and test equipment

+ Execute equipment modifications per engineering directives

+ Assist with installation and maintenance of building systems (plumbing, wiring, HVAC, etc.)

Required Qualifications

+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong focus on electrical systems

+ 3–5 years of hands-on experience with 240V and 480V electrical systems

+ Experience in chemical manufacturing environments

+ Proficiency in PLCs, industrial mechanical systems, and electrical maintenance

+ Knowledge of pneumatics, three-phase wiring, and preventive maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

+ Associate degree or certification in Maintenance Electrician

+ Expertise in AC and three-phase circuit troubleshooting

+ Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions

+ Experience mentoring or leading maintenance teams

+ Strong skills in diagnosing electro-mechanical equipment

+ Familiarity with preventive maintenance for motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machinery

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $72800.00/yr.
