**Position Title:** Skilled Carpenter

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

Overview: We are currently hiring Skilled Carpenters to support commercial construction projects. This role includes a variety of tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, light demolition, and site cleanup. Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for Lead Carpenter roles, which involve supervising small crews and ensuring project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform framing and finish carpentry on commercial job sites

+ Conduct light demolition and maintain clean, organized work areas

+ Operate standard carpentry tools (e.g., hammers, drills, tape measures, squares, hand saws)

+ Lead and manage small crews (Lead Carpenter roles)

+ Collaborate with team members to uphold safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or carpentry

+ Proficiency in all phases of construction including demolition, framing, and finish work

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Leadership experience preferred for Lead Carpenter roles

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
