Are you mechanically inclined and detail-driven? Join our team as an Assembler and help build high-quality filters and beams used in a variety of products. From wiring electrical components to drilling beams, you’ll work independently at your own station in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

• What You’ll Be Doing

+ Assemble filters and beams using hand and power tools

+ Measure and drill holes for product assembly

+ Wire electrical components following schematics

+ Perform tasks involving bending and twisting

+ Assemble approximately eight units per day

• What You Bring

+ 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics

+ Familiarity with tape measures, torque tools, and drills

+ Understanding of basic wiring (hot, neutral, ground)

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., with regular lifting of 35–45 lbs

+ Independent problem-solving skills and precision down to 1/16 inch

+ Well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing space

+ Individual workstations for focused productivity

+ Optional early shifts (7:00 AM) and occasional Saturday shifts (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM, seven times/year)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
