Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a role where you will oversee a team of approximately 25 employees in an assembly and operating capacity. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage a team of approximately 25 employees in an assembly and operating capacity.

+ Handle hours reporting, scheduling, and interviewing.

+ Provide performance feedback and conduct safety meetings.

+ Ensure production processes meet safety and efficiency standards.

+ Utilize computer skills for data entry and process management.

Essential Skills

+ 5 years of experience as a production supervisor or lead.

+ Proficiency in supervision, safety, and production management.

+ Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

+ Strong skills in process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Technical degree.

+ Proficient with computer skills and data entry.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled and very clean shop with two facilities situated next to each other. The second shift operates from 4pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday, with flexible additional hours on Fridays. The environment fosters cleanliness and organization, ensuring you leave work without feeling grimy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Direct Hire

A group of people who are easy to work with and are laid back. Family feel

4-10s (3 day weekend)

Not a lot of OT: 40-50 hours a week

Very clean and organized shop - climate controlled!

Maintenance Manager and Director of Ops are great - very easy to work with

Pay for schooling if a B or better

Will also pay for your kids schooling!
