    Job Description

    This **hybrid** role is perfect for a skilled HVAC professional ready to lead residential and light commercial installations while also managing service and maintenance tasks.

     

    Ideal candidates are those who take pride in doing things right the first time, enjoy mentoring others, and can handle a variety of HVAC projects with professionalism and care.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems such as furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and controls.

    + Coordinate with crew members to ensure installations are safe, clean, and comply with code requirements.

    + Communicate effectively with office staff, customers, and inspectors to keep projects on track.

    + Complete installation paperwork and ensure clean, customer-ready setups.

    + Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
