Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients through effective communication and efficient problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with accuracy and care.

• Process customer orders efficiently while ensuring all details are entered correctly.

• Deliver outstanding service by resolving customer issues and providing clear and concise information.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance during customer interactions.

• Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and long-term relationships.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and overall satisfaction.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support business objectives.

• Track and document customer interactions to ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up.

• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to clients. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
