You’ll be the friendly voice behind every perfect getaway, every spa retreat, and every special celebration\. Whether it's helping guests plan a romantic weekend or assisting with group accommodations, you’ll play a key role in bringing the magic of La Cantera to life—before they even arrive\.

#### **What You'll Do:**

+ Serve as the first point of contact for guests making reservations

+ Provide personalized recommendations for rooms, packages, and resort amenities

+ Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic upselling

+ Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

+ Be a brand ambassador for luxury, hospitality, and excellence

#### **What We're Looking For:**

+ A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

+ Excellent communication skills \(both spoken and written\)

+ Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities

+ Prior experience in reservations or customer service preferred

+ Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus \(but we’ll train the right perso
