Siemens Energy, a world-class aftermarket solution provider
for Integral Gas Engines, is looking for a strong Manager of Gas Engine
Engineering to join our team!
Our team is developing and implementing parts orders and
modernization and upgrade projects for the installed fleet of gas engines. The
successful candidate will work within a diverse team on a variety of projects.
We are providing solutions to update legacy designs to improve reliability,
reduce emissions and optimize engine runtime between maintenance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Developsand leads a team of mechanical, automation, and manufacturing engineersand drafters.
+ Responsiblefor the engineering and technical authority of the Gas Engine productline.
+ Managethe team supporting the legacy Clark, Worthington and Ingersoll Rand gasengine product lines.
+ Reviewsorders and quotations to verify compliance from a technical, safety andregulatory viewpoint and ensures all requirements are met.
+ Leadteam to engage in research and development activities to improve theorganization's products and services and provide technical support tomanufacturing, supply chain, suppliers and customer technical supportdepartment.
+ RepresentSiemens Energy and travel to visit clients and suppliers as required.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree in engineering or equivalent field.
+ 10+years of engineering experience preferred.
+ 5+years of direct supervisory experience is required.
+ Knowledgeof gas engines or previous work in the oil and gas industry preferred.
+ Mustpossess a high level of problem-solving skills; strong verbal and writtencommunication skills; organizational and prioritizing skills; ability towork in a team environment.
+ Willingto travel up to 25% of the time (Both Domestic and Internationally)
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the
United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work

This job is based in Fort Collins, CO. Siemens Energy
offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and

base salary range for this position in Fort Collins, Colorado $129,400 –
$184,700 and the annual incentive target is 15% of base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as
experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees
typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on
each individual’s qualifications.
