While our Project Managers are in the field executing shipboard transformations, you’ll be the operational force keeping their plans organized, schedules tight, and budgets on track. This is a high-visibility opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, multi-year initiative with major IT and infrastructure upgrades across multiple ships. This position will be a **contract** and **onsite in Miramar, Florida.** Occasional global travel may be required (10%).

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

    What You’ll Do

+ Partner with Infrastructure PMs to develop high-level project schedules based on team inputs and requirements

+ Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, consolidating inputs from vendors and internal stakeholders

+ Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent shipboard projects

+ Support punch list resolution activities, post-deployment reviews, and ongoing project reporting

+ Consolidate and analyze project data from multiple sources (Excel, MS Project, Power BI, etc.) to generate insights and dashboards

+ Maintain and organize project documentation, status logs, and change tracking

+ Collaborate with a cross-functional global team—communicating clearly, adapting quickly, and anticipating project needs

    What You'll Need

    Required:

+ 3+ years of experience in a project support, planning, or coordination role

+ Strong project scheduling and budget planning skills

+ Exceptional attention to detail with a love for spreadsheets, timelines, and process precision

+ Solid Excel skills—pivot tables, lookups, formulas

+ Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management tools

+ Strong analytical mindset and ability to consolidate project data into meaningful insights

+ Proven multitasker who can support multiple PMs across multiple global projects

+ Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team

    Preferred:

+ Power BI experience is a big plus

    Physical Demands

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to [email protected] or (888) 824 – 8111.

    $48.00-$55.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
