Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Austin, TX. This temporary position, lasting between 1 to 1.5 years, focuses on delivering essential collections support for the Global Revenue Operations team, specifically for the Reality Labs division. The role is integral in managing dispute claims processing and deduction management within a fast-paced finance environment.
Responsibilities
+ Support and manage the end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR process for Revenue Operations, including credit collections and claims management, with minimal guidance.
+ Handle AR and Claims month-end reconciliation.
+ Measure and report on key Reality Labs AR/VR metrics.
+ Understand and abide by relevant policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, to ensure seamless processing of customer claims while fostering strong collaborative relationships.
+ Contribute to process improvements and automation in claims processing and deduction management.
+ Monitor dashboards, SLA metrics, and Quality Assurance results.
+ Participate in DTP Process Improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Operations, including accounts receivable collections, dispute management, and claims processing.
+ Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes.
+ Proven ability to take ownership in customer collections and claims processing.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with corporate customers.
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with a multinational retail and/or hardware company.
+ Experience driving innovative changes and efficiencies in operational processes.
+ Experience working with a continuously evolving system platform environment.
+ Proficiency in data analysis.
Work Environment
Work on-site in Austin, TX, within a collaborative and innovative environment. The role offers the potential for extension up to 24 months or conversion based on performance. The position involves engaging with various technologies and systems, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to process improvements.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
