Job Title: Health Insurance Call Center Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Member Services team. In this role, you will administer health insurance benefits and provide support to both members and healthcare providers. You’ll handle inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility, ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Respond to 50–60 incoming calls daily from members and providers.

+ Provide clear and accurate information regarding health insurance claims, benefits, and eligibility.

+ Document call details and follow up as needed.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

+ Previous call center experience is required.

+ Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

+ Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
