    We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Answer incoming calls and provide empathetic, professional support to patients and clients.

    + Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Dispense medical equipment and soft goods billed to insurance (e.g., walkers, bath safety items, orthopedic supports).

    + Handle OTC sales of soft goods and accessories.

    + Perform data entry of patient information and maintain detailed records in internal systems.

    + Communicate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth operations.

    + Collaborate with customer service team members to maintain a positive work environment.

    + Unpack and organize incoming shipments.

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Highly dependable with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Comfortable working independently and prioritizing responsibilities.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.

    + Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
