    SUMMARY

    Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Runner. The Runner will assist cashiers with filling orders for customers, cooking and preparing food in the concession stand.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Assist the cashiers with filling orders for customers.

    + Assist the stand manager in preparing product for sale in the concession stand (pretzels, hotdogs, etc.).

    + Stocking beverages, candy, chips etc..

    + Cleaning and maintaining counters and equipment.

    + Assist with controlling waste.

    + Assist with keeping an accurate inventory count.

    + Must obtain ServSafe training within 90 days of employment.

    + Follow all policies and procedures of Legends Global.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    + Must be willing to work as a team.

    + Have working knowledge of the food industry.

    + Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

    + Able to work closely with others.

    + Great customer service skills.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods at a time.

    + Required to stoop and stand for long periods at a time.

    + Ability to perform tasks repetitively.

    WORKING ENVIORMENT/CONDITIONS

    + Loud, concert-like settings.

    + Occasionally outdoor events.

    + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    + Hours must be flexible (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).

    + Can work long hours when required.
