We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. This position involves traveling to various commercial and residential locations to perform general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Travel to assigned job sites to perform maintenance and repair tasks

+ Handle light plumbing, light electrical work, drywall patching, and other minor repairs

+ Inspect and diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions

+ Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed and address concerns

+ Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

+ Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience in maintenance and customer service

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Commercial maintenance experience preferred

+ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

+ Must be able to work on-call every 4-6 weeks for one weekend
