Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
+ 3 years of experience in application or system development.
+ Experience managing executive stakeholders and project management.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
+ 3 years of experience in databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL.
+ Experience deploying AI Agents.
+ Excellent problem-solving approach and excellent investigative skills, combined with a sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.
+ Excellent communication skills with a track record of handling multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

As a Technical Architect on the gTech Users and Products (gUP) tools authorable workflow team, you'll be a part of the next big bet for Google customer care, collaborating with various set of cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design teams to compose, deploy, and test automated workflows, unblock Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, and architect in-house tooling and reporting solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Work on the deployment of the Help Guide across gUP products by building plans and tools. Collaborate cross-functional teams to transform static workflow designs into dynamic, interactive experiences that efficiently resolve issues for the users.
+ Provide guidance on technical and architectural aspects of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) orchestration from conceptual phase to delivery, removing any technical impediments to ensure successful launch.
+ Ensure quality output while keeping business stakeholders and leadership informed. Contribute and improve best practices around deploying AI agents to increase efficiency, reusability and optimizing maintenance and delivery of the agentic experiences.
+ Optimize live agentic solutions. Develop a comprehension of gTech's internal tool and advocate for bug fixes and platform enhancements, working with the product engineering team to test recently released features and help TVC teams on-board and implement these features in new launches.
