What you´ll do
+ Manage the digitization strategy and its ongoing maintenance, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
+ Lead deployment and support of Smart Factory and manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems, collaborating with IT and regional teams to enhance production, material handling, and logistics functions.
+ Support plant leadership by analyzing data from Smart Factory systems, SAP, and machine outputs to enable informed, value-driven decision-making.
+ Provide daily assistance to end users by navigating digital systems, including troubleshooting SAP Graphical user Interface (GUI) integration and ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
+ Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to ensure staff proficiency in Smart Factory systems, addressing knowledge gaps and promoting system adoption.
+ Analyze historical production trends and system usage to identify and implement process improvements, update planning rates in SAP, and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives by supporting OEE deployment, leveraging digital tools to develop and track world-class KPIs.
What makes you a good fit
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience, including project management.
+ Ambition to lead complex operational and digital transformation projects within multi-stakeholder environments, driving efficiency and measurable outcomes.
+ Strong understanding of ERP, MES, and database systems, including master data principles and digital interfaces (e.g., Industry 4.0 technologies).
+ Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data and build financial business cases to support operational decisions.
+ Skilled in driving organizational change, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and adapting leadership style to collaborative, cross-functional teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, train others in digital systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00- $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
