    Job Description

    Role Overview

     

    The Experience Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user behavior digital interactions and platform performance across insurance applications This role requires strong proficiency in data analysis user experience metrics and domainspecific workflows The analyst will support optimization initiatives for policy servicing claims management and customer engagement platforms

    Key Responsibilities

    Collect and analyze data from insurance portals mobile applications and servicing platforms to identify usage patterns and experience gaps

     

    Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to user journeys feature adoption and digital servicing efficiency

     

    Perform heuristic evaluations and usability assessments to support design and development teams

     

    Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate insurance requirements into measurable experience outcomes

     

    Apply segmentation and behavioral analysis to support personalization and targeted feature enhancements

     

    Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis within the insurance sector to identify best practices

     

    Support AB testing and multivariate experiments to validate design and functionality improvements

     

    Ensure compliance with data privacy and insurance regulatory standards during analysis

    Required Skills

    Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics Google Analytics or Mixpanel

     

    Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI Tableau or Qlik

     

    Strong understanding of insurance workflows such as policy issuance claims processing and customer onboarding

     

    Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical methods for trend analysis and forecasting

     

    Familiarity with UX metrics including task success rate time on task and dropoff points

     

    Exposure to customer journey mapping and experience optimization frameworks

     

    Knowledge of digital tagging event tracking and funnel analysis

     

    Experience in agile environments and iterative delivery models

    Preferred Qualifications

    Background in experience analysis for life health or general insurance products

     

    Certification in data analytics UX research or digital experience platforms

     

    Familiarity with experimentation platforms and personalization engines

     

    Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

    Salary Information

     

    Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is - 96366 to 150000 Yearly.

     

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

     

    Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
