Overview:
CTG is seeking an experienced SAP HANA TM Consultant to lead end-to-end Transport Management (SAP TM) solutions. This role involves requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and go-live support, including leading offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead Business Process workshops and engage business leads to define SAP TM requirements.
+ Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions, including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, Freight Cost & Charge Management, Multi-modal Support, Route & Load Optimization, and Scheduling.
+ Integrate SAP TM with SD, MM, EWM, and third-party systems for complete end-to-end solutions.
+ Manage offshore teams through testing and go-live.
+ Collaborate with other SAP value streams (OTC, eWM, RTR) on cross-functional initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ 10+ years as SAP functional consultant; 5+ years as SAP TM Lead.
+ Hands-on expertise in SAP TM configuration and solution design.
+ Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and managing end-to-end SAP TM projects.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership skills.
+ SAP TM Certification is a plus.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
