Responsibilities:
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Support more senior colleagues on specific investment activities by carrying out administrative tasks, such as gathering and interpreting market data.
Collect information to gain a better understanding of routine procedural queries.
Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
Assist with the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
