Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Co-op Associate for our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) Training Academy, specifically within the Enabling Analytics & System Excellence (EASE) function. This opportunity is open to university students based in the United States.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our IDAR Academy, a premier training initiative designed to cultivate and inspire future leaders in pharmaceutical research and development. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the advancement of medicines in development at Johnson & Johnson. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to company approval.
+ **Enabling Analytics & System Excellence (EASE)** : EASE is a strategic function within IDAR that manages systems and processes. The organization is structured into specialized solution areas, each led by domain experts, to drive excellence in clinical development through data, systems, and tactical insights.
+ **How you can make a difference:** Apply your analytical acuity, understanding of computer systems concepts, and ability to learn and adapt to new technology in support of our clinical trials processes. Increasingly, this includes leveraging AI-powered tools and frameworks to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and personalize user experiences.
Support the integration of AI into clinical operations by contributing to team learning, enabling automation, enhancing data analysis, and improving decision-making. Focus on applying AI to streamline processes, generate insights, and elevate data quality across trial planning and execution.

Qualifications:
+ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must **not** require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future (e.g., H1‑B).
+ Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA.
+ Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.
+ **GPA Requirement:** Minimum 3.5 GPA
+ Availability of working 40 hours per week.
Educational Preferences:
Preferred fields of study include data science, engineering, computer science, and other health-related or scientific disciplines.
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
_The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension)._
