Position Summary: The Cook assumes the responsibility for the preparation of a variety of foods for patients, cafeteria services, and special functions. The Cook is also involved in sanitation and kitchen maintenance and other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications: A. Education: High school diploma, equivalent or higher education required. Must maintain Food Handlers certificate with 30 days of hire. Page 3 of 3 In addition, may have completed course work in sanitation, food production, kitchen management, etc. B. Training and Experience: Food Service experience preferred.
