             JOB ACTIVITIES: + Serve as a team member advocate for new hires as well as established team members + Ambassador and spokesperson for the company and the culture + Exceptional energy and positive attitude towards team + Organize and establish a positive social network within Brothers + Develop, implement, and manage team member engagement programs with active participation. Including but not limited to Brothers Culture events, potlucks, wellness programs + Coordinate community service activities, such as the homeless kits, backpack drive etc. + Work with teams to promote company reward programs, including but not limited (GEM and Brothers Flare, Star Rewards program) + Coordinate and assist in planning company events, holiday parties and meetings + Manage the celebration of team member personal and professional milestone dates including but not limited to team member picture wall, babies, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, sympathy, etc. + Design, coordinate and organize content and distribution of company newsletter + Maintain the annual culture budget + Actively seek out and be engaged in opportunities for company public recognition + Understand and follow all company philosophies, policies, and procedures + Communicate effectively with team members, managers, vendors, and clients + Support office through monthly supply order, managing inventory and stock levels of supplies throughout office. + Maintaining office equipment, such as copy machines, and postage machine + Ensure office is clean and organized including front lobby, break areas and storage closets + Assist and greet all walk-in guests, vendors, and potential candidates for employment + Assist recruiter with interview process + Support HR manager with preparation and completion of new hire orientations. + Support recruiter and marketing manager at job fairs or community events as needed. + Running company errands as necessary + Other duties as assigned to support culture and care department and other departments. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: Experience and Training, Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: + High school diploma/GED required. + Knowledge with Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel. + Effective oral and written communication skills. + Demonstrates attention to detail. Must be able to work under time & budgetary constraints and pressures. + Excellent organizational skills + Ability to create concepts or ideas for various projects + Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. + Self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision. + Skills in database management and record keeping + Maintain flexibility in daily scheduling to accommodate local travel needs to meet job requirements. + Some on the job training will be provided.
