    Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Tele Ops Operator to join their team. As a Tele Ops Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Autonomous Vehicle Monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have proactive problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Tele Ops Operator

    **Location:** Foster City, CA

    **Pay Range:** 29/hr.

    **Shift:** Day/Night shift Available

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations to ensure safety and efficiency

    + Respond to and manage critical mission needs in real-time

    + Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations

    + Assist with testing and data collection to improve vehicle performance

    + Work closely with software, QA, and UX teams to enhance the TeleOps interface

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

    + Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening

    + Experience working in a cross-functional team environment

    + 2-3 years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities
