Position Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and clinically-minded Product Manager to lead the pre-population of our core clinical workflows. You will be instrumental in making our digital health experience feel tailored to each individual member (patient), ensuring our clinicians have the right information at the right time. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of clinical, engineering, and intuitive user experience (UX).
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for features that leverage clinical and member data to automate and streamline the steps a clinician takes, ultimately driving efficiency, reducing cognitive load, and improving the quality of care.
What You'll Do
+ Personalization Strategy: Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for pre-population while influencing overall personalization features within the clinical workflow.
+ Bridge Clinical and Technical Teams: Serve as the primary liaison between clinical operations, data science, engineering, and design teams to translate complex clinical needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
+ Own the Data & API Layers: Deeply understand and define the requirements for the data pipelines and backend APIs that power personalization. This includes identifying necessary clinical data sources, defining data transformations, and ensuring low-latency, reliable data delivery.
+ Measure and Optimize Performance: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of personalization features.
+ Prioritize Feature Development: Use a combination of quantitative (e.g., clinician efficiency metrics, workflow completion rates) and qualitative (e.g., clinician feedback, member outcomes) data to prioritize the most impactful features for development.
+ Drive Mobile-First Solutions: Ensure personalization features are seamlessly integrated into our mobile and web applications, focusing on the clinician's experience across all platforms.
+ Manage Compliance: Ensure all data handling and workflow decisions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth, technically focused environment.
+ Strong Technical Acumen: Proven ability to define and work with technical teams on complex system integrations, backend APIs, and data pipelines.
+ Clinical Data Expertise: A good understanding of clinical data structures, terminology (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED), and its lifecycle within a digital health context. Prior experience working with an EHR/EMR system is a significant plus.
+ Experience in Digital Health/Healthcare Technology: Familiarity with the unique constraints and opportunities within the healthcare or health-tech space.
+ Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and clinical ideas clearly to diverse audiences (engineers, clinicians, executives).
+ Strong experience working with Agile frameworks and Agile metrics, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
+ Proven experience in refining program backlogs in collaboration with scrum teams, framing clear Epics, Features, Stories, and acceptance criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience building personalization or rules engines.
+ Understanding of machine learning principles as they apply to data prepopulation and decision support.
+ Experience with mobile product development (iOS/Android).
+ Strong SQL/analytics capability
+ Comfort with discussing system architecture at a conceptual level
+ Self-starter and enthusiastic learner of AI and its emerging use cases
+ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, especially in taking a product from concept through launch
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in a Business or IT field
