Training Shift:Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM PST (7 weeks)

Regular Hours: 6AM–8PM PST with weekend rotation & some holidays

Job Overview

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting health plan members with empathy and excellence. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the voice of care and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

+ Advocate for members by resolving inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims

+ Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion

+ Ensure member satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of call center experience

+ Bilingual required: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese

+ Health plan experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
