Sr Structuring Analyst

Job Overview

This job is responsible for supporting the structuring of complex products. Employees in this role conduct analyses and identify risk exposures in the organization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

+ Creates economic models and performs financial analysis to support the development and evaluation of complex transactions and deal structures

+ Serves as a problem-solver with a risk management mentality by identifying the needs of counterparties and devising innovative ways to meet those needs

+ Supports the origination team by providing time-critical analysis for new, incremental, and existing business opportunities

+ Collects, analyzes, and presents data to communicate complex concepts in conversations and presentations with senior management, external client organizations, and project partners

+ Manages multiple projects and coordinates work efforts with other team members, facilitating cooperation amongst cross-functional teams that reach across business units

+ Presents deal to senior leadership, seeking approval of the proposed deal structure

+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned

+ Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
