Our client, a leading Automotive company in the Aurora, CO area, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join their team. As an Office Clerk 5, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

**Job Title:** Office Clerk 5

**Location:** Aurora, CO

Pay Range: $20 -$22 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Sort checks, keep payroll records, and manage inventory efficiently

+ Distribute mail and communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders

+ Answer telephones, direct calls, and take accurate messages

+ Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions

+ Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ 10+ years of administrative or customer service experience

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and keep information organized and confidential
