    Immediate Hirring For Production Assembler $17.50+/HR

     

    **Location:** Rock Island, IL

    Overview:

    Join a fast-growing company as a Line Operator on our Line 1 Operating Team. This hands-on role involves rotating through four key positions during an 8-hour shift, contributing to the production and quality control of blades.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate conveyor lines to process blades through ovens and furnaces.

    + Use hand tools to transfer blades from press to quench for cooling.

    + Hang blades for painting and conduct post-paint quality inspections.

    + Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations.

    Essential Skills:

    + Experience in general labor, production, or manufacturing.

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    + Team-oriented with attention to detail.

    + Skilled in measuring and assembly line tasks.

    + 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    + 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    + 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.
