    Position Overview

    The Representative is responsible for managing and growing sales within FreshKo by providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer needs are met. This role focuses on maintaining existing accounts and proactively identifying new opportunities to increase revenue.

    Description

    + Customer Account Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication; Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their produce requirements; Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

    + Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned market; Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets; Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers to maximize revenue.

    + Order Processing: Enter and process customer orders accurately in the company's order management system; Ensure timely and accurate communication of order status to customers; Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.

    + Market Knowledge and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and seasonal changes affecting produce availability and pricing; Communicate relevant market information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

    + Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner; Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Skills

    + Knowledge of the produce industry.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    + Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods. Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.

    + Other: Spanish proficiency preferred.

    Years Of Experience

    + 2-5: Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the produce industry or a related field.
