    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Aston, Pennsylvania. This is a vital, long-term position focused on maintaining the integrity and reliability of our essential infrastructure assets. The role involves planning, executing, and closing out a wide variety of capital improvement and maintenance projects, requiring strong coordination with operational and compliance teams. Candidates should have demonstrated success managing complex projects (preferably over 2 years in a regulated environment) and an ability to effectively control project schedules and financials.

    Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:

    + Projects can encompass pipeline replacements, instrumentation installation, hydrostatic testing, pipeline repair, building projects, and other reliability and integrity related project work

    + Works with operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance to ensure work priorities

    + Regulatory PM follow up to ensure all issues are addressed per the regulatory timeframe required under 195

    + It is also the responsibility of this position to ensure compliance with all PHMSA regulations are met by scheduling effectively

    + Effectively facilitates regular meetings between operations and maintenance to coordinate and prioritize operations and project work schedules

    + Provide progress updates on daily work and forecasted schedules

    + Manage estimates, invoices, and project costs effectively

    + Defines SOW and executes bidding process

    + Ensures compliance with project schedule

    + Manage project paperwork while providing QA/QC to complete project books

    You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

    + Minimum 2+ yrs experience in managing Oil and Gas projects preferred

    + Experience running Oil and Gas related construction projects (Pipeline rehabilitation projects & Pipeline Station and Terminal projects) preferred

    + Experience running capital and expense projects up to $3M

    + Experience with analyzing In-Line-Inspection Data is a plus

    + PE or PMP is a plus

    Compensation and Benefits:

    + Pay: up to $135,000 based upon experience

    + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
