    Summary:

    The Program Development Manager role in DEC-Engineering Planning team is focused on supporting IDC’s capacity planning efforts related to the New Builds and Leasing Portfolio. The role is responsible for representing DEC for all new projects by leading the assessments and reporting of potential planned projects.

    Required Skills:

    Program Development Manager - Leased Responsibilities:

    1. Develop, assess and accurately report on planning project's cost, schedule and risk for the MCP/CPA/CP each quarter/bi-annual/monthly submissions. This is critical for the accuracy of our business financial/cashflow reporting

    2. Interfacing with IDC teams (Strategic Planning, Site Development), finance and capacity teams to determine future work, including providing feedback on new project feasibility with constructability/cost/schedule/risk/market factors

    3. Coordinating with internal design and construction partners to deliver a comprehensive plan that represents cost/schedule/risk accurately

    4. Communicating and reporting to leadership on status of planning projects

    5. Creating and maintaining CapEx budgets for new projects in the planning space

    6. Creating and maintaining P6 schedules for new projects in the planning space, including e2e reporting

    7. Providing feedback and pertinent information to XFNs and peers to enable accurate delivery of a coordinated AI Supply Plan

    8. Coordinating planning dates and constraints with Network teams (pINE) for planned work

    9. Coordinate and communicate the plan across DEC and ISCE, enabling the execution teams to move forward with the approved plan

    10. Scenario planning to account for the capacity plan’s changing variables and responsible for supporting XFN teams (e.g. SP, Finance) with context on DEC’s technical constraints as an expert in preconstruction, logistics and construction planning

    11. Review and comment on new leases exhibit and Tenant Fitout Amendments to ensure alignment with DECs expectations and commitments

    12. Coordinate and align across all key DEC teams (e.g. design resources, supply chain allocations, feedback from construction sites, market knowledge) and partner closely with the DEC Systems Engineers for technical support and to provide a comprehensive assessment from DEC to the business

    Minimum Qualifications:

    13. 10+ years direct professional experience in project planning and construction management

    14. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent technical degree

    15. Demonstrated knowledge to understand the design and deployment of technical electrical, mechanical and connectivity systems

    16. Experience in commercial construction management (pre-construction, contracting, scheduling, estimating, cost management)

    17. Knowledge of how to build, update, and apply the information found in project schedules including identification of the critical path

    18. Coordination skills to lead a team of broad backgrounds and experience towards a single project outcome

    19. Demonstrated experience in communication and reporting skills

    20. Must be knowledgeable in Primavera P6, MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Public Compensation:

    $144,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
