This position is based in Windsor Locks, CT in supporting the Taxi Stand in Bradley Airport Terminal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Continuouslybuildsrelationshipswithemployees,the client,unionpartners,andthe local community.

    + Accordingtolocation/clientcontract,setscommercialandoperationalstrategic directionforthebusiness unit team.

    + Leadsthemanagementteamandemployeeworkforcetoachievecorporate/propertysafetygoals,service performance, and financial objectives.

    + Identifies,suggests,anddevelopsbusinessgrowthopportunities.

    + Optimizesthereturnonassetsdeployedwithinthebusinesstoincludevehiclescheduling,maintenance, and performance management.

    + Identifies andanalyzesKPIstomaintainpositive results.

    + Ensuringservicesareprovidedwithinbudgetandactionplansaredevelopedandimplementedtoimprove operational efficiency.

    + Determinesanddeliversbusiness unit budget.

    + EnsurescompliancewithstateandfederalregulationsandcompliancewithTransdevcorporatesafety standards.

    + Overseeallstaffmanagementandassigndevelopmenttraininginliaisonwiththecorporateteamas appropriate.

    + Ensureseffective environmentalcompliance andsustainabilitymanagement.

    + Provides completeandaccuratedatacollection,compilation, analysis,andreporting

    + Otherdutiesasrequired.

    + Travelrequirementoutside ofimmediatearea (asapercent): <5%

    Qualifications:

    + Completionofafour(4)yearcollegedegreeinarelevantfieldisdesirable,althoughacombinationof relevant experience and education will be considered.

    + ExperienceinBusinessAdministration,Logistics,Transportationorrelatedfieldorequivalentbusiness experience preferred.

    + Knowledgeofrelevantfederaland stateemployment laws.

    + Abilitytobuildsolidandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclients.

    + Abilityto managecostcontroland financialbudget.

    + Workingknowledge andproficiencywithMicrosoftOffice Suite.

    + Understandingtechnology, apps,Wi-Fi,andunderstanding oftransportation technology.

    + Strongwrittenandoralcommunicationskills;excellentpresentationskills;abilityto influencepeopleatall levels of the organization.

    + Abilitytoorganizeandperformworkefficiently,strongattentiontodetail.

    + AbilitytonavigateLaborRelationsissuesandworkeffectively

    + Mustbe able toworkshifts orflexible workschedulesasneeded (24 Hour / 365 Day operation).

    + SubjecttoDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
