    Responsibilities

    UnityPoint Clinic Urology is seeking dynamic and experienced leaders to join our team. As Senior Clinic Administrator, these leaders will partner with physician leaders in a dyad relationship to:

     

    + Oversee day to day operations of multiple or larger regional clinics.

    + Lead efforts to optimize clinic performance to ensure effective and efficient operations.

    + Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff.

    + Demonstrate sound fiscal management of clinic operations through budget planning and performance. Assure optimal use of regional resources to meet objectives.

    + Participate in the provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree required OR a combination of education and experience.

    + Bachelor’s degree with experience in physician practice management preferred.

    + Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) is a plus.

    + 2-3 years of leadership experience

    + Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.

    + Strong interpersonal skills.

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

    + Knowledge of personnel administration and patient relation principles.

    + Ability to work as a team member.

    + Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
