    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead the strategic direction and delivery of IT solutions supporting Aggregates and HMA operations.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.

    + Oversee solution lifecycle management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.

    + Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets performance expectations.

    + Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and agile methodologies.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related field

    + 3+ years of experience using business systems applications

    + Strong understanding of Aggregates/HMA operations and related technologies

    + Experience with enterprise platforms, integration strategies, and cloud-based solutions

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex IT initiatives

    + Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and change management

    Work Environment

    This role operates in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely and travel to operational sites as needed. Collaboration across teams and geographies is essential.
