**Kelly Services** is looking for reliable and hardworking **Unloading Associates** to join a fast-paced warehouse team in **Ontario, CA** . This role focuses on **loading and unloading freight** quickly and safely to support daily shipping operations.

Job Details:

+ **Location:** Ontario, CA 91761

+ **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 3:30PM – 12:00AM

+ **Pay:** $18.00/hour

+ **Overtime:** May be required before or after shift

Key Responsibilities:

+ Unload trailers and move pallets to dock doors for shipping

+ Wrap pallets using pallet wrap machines

+ Verify labels and add corner boards as needed

+ Meet hourly productivity targets and maintain performance records

+ Support other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

+ Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift

+ Basic ability to read pick lists and follow written instructions

+ Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience is a plus

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Reliable and detail-oriented
