What We Offer
Sign-on bonus available up to $15,000 and Relocation up to $7,500!
+ Schedule: 7P-7A, night shift, full-time (36 hours). Requires every third weekend. This unit does self scheduling! No call requirements!
+ Requirements: Recent past Labor & Delivery experience required for this position.
+ Department: Family Care Unit- RN's on this unit do both L&D and Mother/Baby.
+ Location: Kernersville Medical Center, Kernersville NC
+ Unit Info: This unit opened in March of 2024, it's a low risk, 12 bed LDRP unit. Patients labor, deliver & recover in the same room. This team consists of RN's, Surg Techs, Lactation Consultants, and a dedicated OB Anesthesiologist as well as a 24/7 neonatal NP and respiratory.

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
+ Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
+ ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
